Instead, I thought I would share with you a little planner that I use to plan the meals for the week. It might sound a little dorky but I know that I am not the only one with limited time and money.
Planning my meals at the beginning of the week helps save me multiple trips to the grocery store and helps me see where an ingredient can be used for more than one meal. I sit down, come up with 5-6 meals for the week figuring that we will eat mostly left overs for lunch and we’ll go out once. I also love that when I start to get hungry at the end of the day, I’m not savaging in the fridge, I already know what we’re having.
